I worked at an IT solutions provider company for over three years. During this time, I gained significant experience in various aspects of IT, including technical documentation. My responsibilities included designing domain models, creating cross-functional diagrams, and working on UI/UX design using Balsamiq mockups.
I was also involved in testing, requirement gathering, and requirement analysis. I played a crucial role in project coordination, utilizing SCRUM methodology, where I managed tasks such as following up with developers, setting deadlines, and communicating with clients to gather their requirements.
